The space Our 3 BHK villa has spacious bedrooms with luxurious amenities and attached washrooms for a comforting stay. The property has ample spaces in the form of sunlit balconies, outer space for a quiet stroll or a bonfire night as well as a beautifully crafted drawing room to spend time leisurely with your close ones. Two-story building with ample space for comfort and convenience. Enter the property through the main door into a big living room, accompanied by a well-equipped kitchen. The ground floor features a cozy living room, a comfortable dining area, and a bedroom with an attached washroom. The first floor offers two bedrooms, each with a balcony, providing scenic views. Rooh also has a fully functional kitchen where the services of our caretaker can be availed for tasty homely food or use them by yourselves for a nominal fee. Rooh is part of a well-secured condominium space having individual houses. Our cottage is aptly located ensuring there are no compromises on the privacy of guests and residents alike. The space is located on Bhimtal-Bhowali-Nainital road and is easily accessible by vehicles. Our cottage also has ample space to park two cars whilst also ensuring a good moving space. The lakes of Nainital & Naukuchiatal are 30 minutes away from our space while Bhimtal & Sattal are just 15 minutes away. Sattal is a birders' paradise also having short trails around for a leisurely hike. Mukteshwar is 90 minutes away while those looking for an off-beat day can head over to Chanfi, a beautiful place by the riverside which is 20 minutes away.
