The space Welcome to "Sandy Boutique House" Located in Agii Apostoli, 3km away from Chania Town. The accomodation is in a low-traffic neighbourhood, just 300meters away from beautiful sandy beaches of "Agii Apostoli" and "Chrysi Akti". Short walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bus station, tennis court and a big public park which offers free fitness area and free playground for children. The building consists of two indipended houses, means you own a full house of 65 sq. meters inside and 150 sq.m. outside (east side yard). The only common area is the parking and the passageway. Your place is located right next to Sandy Boutique Studio — a brand new, fully equipped 27 m² studio with a spacious terrace, that can accommodate two people. If you’re a large group, it’s a great idea to book both places together while still enjoying your independence. INSIDE The Bedroom has a double bed, an individual controlled air-conditioning, iron, wardrobe and a small balcony. There is space to add a Baby Cot, upon request. Living room has a sofa (which can be sofa-bed 100cm x 200cm, it is very comfortable due to the memory foam mattress), lounge armchairs, individual controlled air-conditioning, fireplace, and a smart TV with Netflix!! Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and electrical divices. Such as fridge, cooker, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee/tea maker, Greek “frappe” maker, water boiler and toaster. Bathroom has a big shower, washing mashine, hairdryer, towels, hand soap, shampoo and shower gel. For our little guests we can also provide cot, baby-chair and baby-bath. OUTSIDE You own the east side - private yard, which has a barbeque, a big dinning table and a lounge area with armchairs. All around the house there are trees and plants. Also, a garden with cretan aromatic herbs. In the west side of the house we offer a free private parking. Free wifi included.
