Apartment for 4-6 people in the middle of the mountains

Spacious duplex apartment, directly on the ski slope. It accommodates generously 4 to 6 people, with a large bathroom with heat cabin, 2 WC, terrace, balcony, underground parking space and heated ski room. And in summer an ideal starting point for hiking and climbing in the Carnic mountains and many other activities that the Nassfeld-Pressegersee holiday region offers as well as for excursions also to Italy (e.g. Venice only 2 hours by car). The space The 90 m² apartment is an ideal family vacation oasis for 4 to 6 people, divided into 2 levels connected with an interior staircase. The upper level offers 2 bedrooms, one equipped with a king size box spring bed, the second with two single beds that can be put together. The pull-out pole set in the living room on the first level offers another 2 sleeping arrangements. A large bathroom with shower, heat cabin and separate toilet complete the sleeping and retreat area. The living room with integrated kitchen and spacious corner bench offers plenty of space, even for invited guests. There is also another toilet, a wardrobe with a closet and a storage room on this floor. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric stove and oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and plenty of dishes. From the terrace (20 m², equipped with terrace furniture in summer) and balcony (10 m²), you have a wonderful view of the mountains and the valley. There is their own underground parking space at their disposal. The elevator takes you directly to the apartment. The heated ski room with its own lockable ski depot on the same floor as the apartment. Slippers and ski boots are kept locked here. From here, they go directly to the ski slope at ground level. Guest access We ask you to note that neither the corridors of the apartment building complex nor the apartment itself may be entered with ski boots!!!! Other things to note In the hotel next door you can order breakfast pastries for the next day, pick them up and pay on site.
