The house is located in Erwin Lake (East Big Bear) & 5 miles from "town", 8 miles from the ski resorts. Note: Horses are not provided for guest use. The space This beautiful 2 acre log ranch property sits at 6,700 feet of elevation looking out to a couple of hundred acres! Very clean 2500 sq ft Log Home is peaceful and quiet with expansive views from wrap around deck. Kick back, enjoy the views and fresh mountain air from the comfy lounge chairs. Property is fully fenced in with 1 acre dedicated for horses. Property can accommodate up to 8 people. Just 2 blocks from the national forest allows you to quickly access hiking, running, cycling, snow sledding or saddle up and ride out from the house. (horses not included) Plenty of flat parking on property with easy in & out for horse trailers. RV & EV hook-ups are available. Charging cables not provided. Lower level, Large open floor plan is great for friends and family. Plenty of seating with beautiful large stone fireplace, firewood not included. High speed WiFi, smart TV, Cable TV, DVD player, pool table and plenty of USB outlets for device charging. Full bath with separate tub & shower. Washer & Dryer. Dining, 6 Person dining table inside with 2 person kitchen counter seating. 6 person dining table outside on deck. Large gas BBQ is ready to grill on relaxing deck with outstanding views! Upstairs, 2 bedrooms / 2 full baths Suite 1 has 1 king and 1 queen bed, walk out balcony, lounge seating area, large walk in closet equipped with kids toys and games. Full bath in hallway with large jacuzzi tub, separate shower & dual sinks. Second Master Suite has 4 Queen Beds, walk in closet with iron and ironing board. Attached full bath with. beautiful clawfoot tub / shower combo. Transportation, The Mountain Transit shuttle bus picks up in front of the house if you desire to shuttle to the ski slopes or village. Other things to note Our cabin is located in "Erwin Lake" area of Big Bear. We are off Highway 38 and 5 miles from downtown Big Bear/Ski Resorts.
