There is an easy 60 metre stroll to a long sandy beach, a beach boat ramp and other excellent fishing and surfing locations within close proximity. This luxury contemporary property built in 2013 is architecturally designed with all modern conveniences, sleeping up to 10 people. The house is perched gently above a stunning and remote landscape, with views that are breathtaking. Regardless of weather, the house is nurturing and deeply relaxing; on the warmer days you can open up the house and get sea breezes, and on colder days sit by the impressive fire and stare out to the sea, spill out onto the beach and go for amazing walks and do lots of exploring... its a restful, inspiring, natural wonder. Guest access You have the house and surrounds to yourselves - privacy, leisure and peace - apart from the sea and native birds and wallabies! It is located within a 50 minute drive from Penneshaw (Ferry) and a 30 minute drive to the main township of Kingscote and airport. A mix of sealed and dirt roads. Also please note there is an unsealed track for 2.5k which is bumpy to the property, it is recommended not to have a low clearance car. Other things to note We suggest you stock up on food before leaving Penneshaw as there are no shops at D'Estrees Bay. Then as you explore the Island enjoy the restaurants, wineries and cafes that the island has to offer. The following is not included and guests are invited to bring beach towels, toiletries and all your beverages and food supplies.
