The space THREE REASONS why the place is A MUST VISIT: 01. It is bright, airy, and beautifully decorated. The villa is ideal for couples as well as small families. This homestay is situated at the beachside, known for its LUXURIOUS ARCHITECTURE and making it one of the most ATTRACTIVE and ELEGANT ABODES in the area. 02. MALPE is quite famous for its seafood delicacies, you will be provided with a wide range of options with DELICIOUS and DROOLING local fish cuisines to choose from. If you are lucky, you might enjoy digging into FRESHLY COOKED FISH right off the sea on select days. If you are a CONNOISSEUR OF SEASIDE CUSINE , the food stalls of Malpe is a must try. 03. The LOCATION is simply amazing. The stay is located on the SHORES of a PRIVATE BEACH. One can fall asleep & wake up to the sounds of the crashing waves and the calls of the sea birds. The Villa speaks volumes about CLEANLINESS & TIDINESS. It's always maintained in a CHIC & DUST-FREE atmosphere. REASON to have a look at prior to booking your stay: 01. The space is located by the beach obviously implying there shall be occasional winds. Winds could lead to INTERNET CONNECTIVITY ISSUES AT TIMES, more so towards the nights with high tides and heavy showers; 3G connectivity is usually available in the sit out. There shall be NO ISSUES with TELEPHONE CONNECTIVITY. Phone connectivity is available at every spot in the stay. 02. The stay is AWAY FROM THE CITY; hence it would be advisable to have a PRIVATE MEANS OF TRANSPORT. Travellers can choose a CAB service provider as well. 03. A COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST is provided in the package. For other meals, guests shall have to ORDER FROM THE MENU of a restaurant in the vicinity. Delivery shall be done by the staff at the stay. Guest access As the name suggests the property is a SPRAWLING VILLA on the shores of the Malpe beach. The villa is an epitome of LUXURY and COMFORT. It's huge structure painted bright white is a treat to the eyes in itself. It is situated bang at the SHORELINE, letting one enjoy the sea breeze and warm light. The stay is EQUIPPED with modern amenities whilst preserving the MINIMALIST IDEOLOGY and aims at providing travelers with COMFORT & HOMELY feel. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 9 GUESTS. The Villa is a 3 BEDROOM ONE STOREYED BEACH HOUSE complete with a kitchen and a beautifully maintained LAWN. FRENCH WINDOWS have been installed in the house to let guests enjoy the beautiful VIEW OF THE SEA at all times. The stay also consists of a HUGE LAWN and a SIT-OUT facing the beach giving an impression of a PICTURESQUE VACATION. All BEDROOMS consist of standard DOUBLE BEDS which can comfortably accommodate 2 GUESTS. Each bedroom can also accommodate an ADDITIONAL GUEST. Additional mattress shall be provided at a nominal cost, on request. All 3 bedrooms are AIR-CONDITIONED and are WELL VENTILATED. Each bedroom consists of an ATTACHED PRIVATE BATH; the bathrooms have HOT WATER facility. One of the BEDROOM is located on the UPPER FLOOR and requires to climb a flight of STAIRS installed within the house. One is welcomed into the DINING SPACE on entering into the stay with a bedroom on the right and a bedroom on the left. The LEFT BEDROOM is situated closer to a stairwell leading to the yet another bedroom. The dining space consists of a DINING TABLE which can accommodate about 6 guests comfortably. Attached to the dining space is the KITCHEN. The kitchen is MODERN and EQUIPPED. We also have a small OPEN SPACE, resembling the open spaces in older houses which fills up with water to the brim during the rainy seasons. The villa is located on the BEACH and guests are FREE TO ACCESS it. However, SWIMMING in the waters can prove to be DANGEROUS, if adequate precautionary measures are not applied. Guests can use the facility of a water tap at the outside to wash off after visiting the beach. During your stay Even though I shall be not available in person at all times, as mentioned, we have LOVELY CARETAKERS who assist our guests with all their needs. Moreover, in case of issues we are always available ON PHONE. Other things to note We have ample amount of FREE SPACE FOR PARKING. A PRIVATE means of TRANSPORT shall be ideal since the stay is located about a KILOMETRE or so of the HIGHWAY. The stays are located in a CALM & SERENE environment. Hence, LOUD MUSIC & NOISES are strictly PROHIBITED. Guests choosing to consume HOT BEVERAGES are requested to do so responsibly. Guests are free to carry their OWN CHOICE OF BEVERAGES. Beverages can be also be ORDERED at the stay among the available choices. The same shall be delivered by the caretakers. A COMPLIMENTARY VEGETARIAN BREAKFAST shall be included in the package. For all OTHER MEALS, guests can ORDER OF THE MENU of a neighbouring restaurant. All other meals shall be CHARGED ON ACTUALS. Appropriate additional DELIVERY CHARGES shall please be applicable.
