The space At ground floor (no steps), 3 double bedrooms (with a baby crib available on request), living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Moreover a wonderful and private GARDEN. The apartment is completely brand-new, extremely quiet and finely furnished, very bright (every room has a window) and it has all the comforts including wi-fi, a large SMART TV, a washing machine and air conditioning in each room! Other things to note LATE CHECK IN For a late check-in from 8 pm to 10 pm it is required a surcharge of 30 €. THIRD BEDROOM USE The use of the 3rd bedroom (downstairs) is available and included in the price only if guests are more than 4 otherwise the access is LOCKED. In case of a reservation of 4 or less guests, if anyway the guests require the use of the third bedroom, it is required a surcharge of 25 € per day to be paiad at check in. In case, tt is necessary to advise in advance so we can prepare the bedroom. BABY CRIB - The request for the baby crib need to be done in advance before the arrival.
