A creative home in Glasgow

My home is a traditional Glasgow victorian spacious tenement flat. It is one floor up ( two sets of steps from the main door) . Its in the south side of Glasgow and is a 10 minute train ride from Glasgow City Centre. The area also offers regular buses and Nextbike facilities also. Battlefield is a vibrant neighborhood with many cafes and restaurants nearby. Queen's park is a short walk from the apartment. . There is a restful communal garden and lane behind the flat. The space My flat is a creative laid back home with an ecclectic range or furniture and decor . The room is fresh and bright and gets lovely sunlight in the morning. My bathroom is a traditional tenement bathroom with original fittings. My kitchen is quirky and non traditional but is the heart of my home where much tasty food appears and many great conversations happen. The apartment is in a building which is over 100 years old so it has its own unique charm and quirks. Guest access Guests have access to bathroom and kitchen , garden If guests wish to cook they can ask in advance. During your stay I can help with information on the city and travel advice.. I lead a busy life but am here if needed . Other things to note Accessibility My apartment is on the first floor and has two sets of steps from communal hall. My shower is above the bath so unfortunately difficult for those with mobility problems. I try and be as eco as possible using natural cleaning products and recycle/ compost as much as I can. My apartment is not a hotel but a welcoming cosy home where I try to make guests feel as much at home as possible .
