LARGE CENTRAL STUDIO WITH TERRACE

Located on the third and top floor of a small, newly renovated condominium and ideally located in the center of Sitges (a five-minute walk from shops, the heart of the pueblo and the beach, and ten minutes from the train station, both close to everything and far from the noise), our large 30 m2 studio: bright colors, a designer sitting area. The space In a city where the sun shines 360 days a year, we really appreciate being housed in a penthouse and enjoying a beautiful terrace (13 m2) with table and chairs for breakfast in the shade of the large awning, or dinner after having a drink in the comfortable outdoor lounge. A large rectangular room has made it possible to create a living area and a "night" area with a king size bed and plenty of storage. A small, very functional kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a combined microwave oven, a refrigerator and a Nespresso coffee machine (pods available). A washer/dryer combo is also available. All appliances except the glass-ceramic hob were renewed in 2014 as well as the bedding. Finally, behind a sliding door, the bathroom with sink, toilet and shower; a window offers it beautiful daylight. Wifi at your disposal. Of course, the cleaning will have been done before your arrival. The "Monbus" shuttle to the airport is a few minutes' walk from the building. Don't hesitate to ask me any practical questions you may have (transport, restaurants, shops, supermarkets...), I will be happy to answer you.
