Direct access onto the open Moor makes it perfect for walking, hiking and relaxing in a peaceful Dartmoor setting. The space The apartment is situated on the first floor and is bright, spacious and thoughtfully laid out to make the most of its open views from every window. The kitchen enjoys a direct view of Haytor Rock, while the lounge and bedrooms look out across rolling countryside, with a side aspect towards Dartmoor moorland and long views stretching towards the sea. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dining area for four, making it a lovely place to enjoy meals while taking in the changing light over Haytor. The comfortable lounge has three two-seater sofas, including one sofa bed, and benefits from double-aspect windows, with wide, open views that create a light and relaxing space to unwind after a day outdoors. There is a TV and DVD player. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, three fitted wardrobes and open countryside views, creating a peaceful and relaxing space. The second bedroom has two single beds and looks out towards woodland beyond the parking area, making it a quiet and comfortable room, ideal for children or friends sharing. The apartment also includes a separate utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, along with a shower room with power shower and a separate WC. Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment. Haytor Court was converted in 1993 into six self-contained dwellings. While the communal garden is not available for guest use, this is rarely missed thanks to direct access onto the open Moor just steps from the door, with restaurants and pubs within a short walk. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire apartment, accessed via its own private entrance. There is a dedicated parking space for one car in the shared parking area. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. Guests are kindly asked to strip beds before departure. Heating is provided via night storage heaters, which are well suited to Dartmoor conditions and are set in advance during colder weather.
