Inside the there is a small love seat, a work space with chair, and a kitchen. There is also a dedicated washer and dryer for guest use inside the studio for your use. The kitchenette includes a small oven, stove range and mini beverage size fridge. Guest access You have a dedicated parking spot on the driveway and a private walkway and courtyard that is fenced off from the main house. You have your own washer and dryer inside the guesthouse. The one shared item is the main, large garbage cans. The backyard of this property is split off from the main house and backyard. Other things to note Photo shoots or use of the home for other commercial purposes are not allowed. There is internet and the Smart TV can connect to personal programs. But, there is no cable TV. This home is located in the rear yard of a long term tenant (separated by privacy fencing). Please be respectful and quiet during the evening and early morning.
