Parklife Apartment 47 in Winterberg

This chic apartment is situated on the ground floor of the house and has a separate entrance with parking space and a small outside seating area. A real eye-catcher is the living room with a media wall, bar table with four chairs, luxurious sofa bed, television and Bluetooth sound system. From there you can access an open, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove, microwave, refrigerator and icebox. Bedroom with box spring bed! Pets cost an additional flat fee of €10 per night. The space To the right of the entrance there is a walk-in cloakroom, the modern bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. On the other side of the hallway you come to the cozy bedroom with a box spring bed. The apartment includes a parking space for a car or two motorcycles; bicycles can be safely parked in the garage. We have a barbecue area with seating in front of the house that can be used. There is a charging station and a high-pressure cleaner for washing the e-bikes. In the garage we have tools and bike racks for simple repairs. We are an ADFC-certified “Bed and Bike” company. Guest access The location of the house is hard to beat: in the middle of town and yet traffic-free in the spa gardens, the town square and the shopping center can be reached on foot from the front door in 3 minutes. You can walk to the “Kurparkstuben” restaurant and the mini golf and playground in under a minute, and to the swimming pool and the “Oversum” wellness facilities in 4 minutes. Even the well-known ski lift carousel and the bike park can be reached on foot if necessary (distance 1.2 km)! But no one has to walk there, the S40 bus stops 50m from the front door and takes you to the lift entrance within minutes. In the park itself you will find mini golf courses, table tennis, a children's playground, fitness facilities and an outdoor stage. We still can't believe it ourselves! Other things to note Skiers, motorcyclists and cyclists are warmly welcome! Please note: the city of Winterberg charges private guests a tourist tax per night and person over 16 years of age, but in return issues a tourist card that gives you access to an extensive discounted offer: In winter this is the “Sauerland card” with significant discounts on ski passes and numerous other attractions. In addition, public transport is free during your stay!
