Guests can also enjoy their own private outdoor gazebo in the garden, enjoy the beautiful infinity pool with its own gazebo and chairs and loungers on the lawn, take advantage of the tennis court, where you can keep long games for the most passionate, the BBQ area, the Fitness area and children's play area. Fattoria Laviosa has over 20 hectares of land, including a large truffle, a varied orchard, and a large olive grove, in fact it is a producer of organic extra virgin olive oil, available for sale upon request. In the structure there is a beautiful infinity pool with continuous water turnover, accompanied by a magnificent tennis court, and also a small private consecrated church. The location is truly idyllic and great for relaxation and long walks in our fairytale woods and orchards, where you can directly pick the fruit from the trees and taste them fresh. It is close to the major cities of Tuscany: Florence, Pisa, Volterra, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, Lari... not to mention the fabulous seaside towns both with beach (Castiglioncello, Vada and Tirrenia) and with rock (Livorno, Romito and Marina di Pisa). The village of Fauglia is a small historic center, reachable on foot in ten minutes. In the square there are restaurants, bars, an ice cream shop, and other shops. The village where the Fattoria Laviosa estate is located is really quiet, and in summer it entertains its tourists with typical Tuscan village festivals, with traditional dishes and craft banquets. Within the country we have a very beautiful theater that often hosts some famous Italian actors and also a furniture museum. In the central square, all the exercises provide excellent service and quality. All this life in a small historic village in the Tuscan countryside. To get around, obviously the town of Fauglia is connected by public transport such as the bus, but the frequency of schedules is not so extensive, so I highly recommend renting a car or staying with your own, taking advantage of a nice trip "on the road" to get to this fantastic estate.
