The house is located on a large property of about 7 ha, next to the village Polska Wies, about 6 km from the little town of Mragowo. The house is surrounded by a garden with fruit-trees and a big barbecue place. Opposite of the holiday house is a second building with a garage and the caretaker's flat. The space The holiday house has appr. 150 m² living space, 3 big bedrooms (max. 6 persons), all with double beds, 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with 2 showers and a bathtub, 2 separate toilets, a large living room with open kitchen and dining corner. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic glass cooktop, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, electric kettle, enough dishes, glasses etc. for 6 persons. In the living room you find a TV with satellite dish (German channels) and a closed fireplace. In the basement there is a room with a washing maschine and a sauna next to the bathroom. Next to the open living/dining/kitchen area you have a big covered terrace with table, benches and chairs. We have no WLAN access. Guest access Our guests can use all described rooms and the garden with its facilities. Only one additional room on the upper floor, two rooms in the basement and the boiler room are closed. If there are any problems with the heating, please contact the caretaker. Other things to note The washing maschine can be used for a fee of 10,00 €, too.
