The house is an agritourism (KBI00099), which means that it is a complementary aid to agriculture and livestock, which is what we do. That is why we live at one end of the house with total independence from our guests. The pool is the only thing we could share. It is large and spacious, has 5 double rooms and a living room that can be converted into a double room as well. It is surrounded by a garden, in which there is a backyard with a barbecue, foosball, outdoor furniture, and private parking. All of this is a smoking area. From here you can access the txoko which is spacious and very bright, it is fully equipped and the views are amazing. On the ground floor is a room that can be converted into a double bedroom, a room where. From here you can access the second floor by stairs where the other 4 bedrooms with bathroom are located. The house is located in a rural setting, the sound is from NATURE, the landscape is unique. It is located a 10-min walk from Concha where the doctor, pharmacy, town hall, supermarkets, bakery, bars are located..... Guest access A large garden with a porch, play area, and barbecue. If there is an excess on the ELECTRICITY BILL ON THE DAYS STAYED, the amount will be charged. We have airport transfers (please let us know when booking), these are subject to a charge. Other things to note The agritourism is 13 km from Cantabria. It is an environmentally friendly space, so we value coexistence with the tranquility of the community and the well-being of our animals.
