It has been fully renovated and is perfectly arranged and functional for 3 people. On the ground floor, a living room opens onto a kitchen equipped with a microwave, 2-ring stovetop, range hood, fridge, freezer, toaster, filter and Nespresso coffee machines, kettle and teapot for your hot drinks... For added comfort, the Penty house is equipped with a heat pump / air conditioning. Management is remote and handled on a computer. There's also a sofa, a flat-screen TV, and WIFI included for a cozy atmosphere. A bathroom completes this ground floor, equipped with a walk-in shower, a vanity unit with storage, an electric towel dryer, and a toilet. A clothes rack is available . A washing machine is located in the private areas of the property and is available with a surcharge 5euros/5Kg. The bedroom area is located on the 1st floor, on a mezzanine. A "Queen Size" double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm) await you, offering the comfort of quality bedding for a well-deserved rest. The space is optimized with a dressing room, perfect for storing your belongings. These stone buildings are housed in the heart of a wooded park; you will be charmed by the granite walls, rhododendrons, hydrangeas, majestic marsh oaks… A charming park awaits you, offering a pleasant space to relax and enjoy the exteriors in peace. An outdoor pool is at your disposal during the summer period from May to October, from 10am to 8pm. Nestled in the heart of a Mediterranean garden, the pool and its beaches have been completely renovated. NEW IN 2026: installation of a mid-height dome to allow you to swim in all Breton weather! Towels are not allowed there, so bring your own if you want to use them. The pool is unsupervised: children must be accompanied by an adult. A bocce court completes these outdoor amenities.
