There is also a single bed in the living room. Guest access Explore L'Eixample area, just 10-15 minutes from Passeig de Gracia and La Sagrada Familia. Gracia, one of the most authentic and relaxed neighborhoods, is also close by and is teaming with movie theatres, cafes, bookstores, and organic bakeries. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Just so you know, check-ins are between 15.00 and 23.00. For check-ins between 20.00 and 23.00, It will be a self-check-in and we will arrange for a key to be left at a key exchange in the city. We can not accommodate check-ins after 23.00 out of respect for our neighbours. As you will be staying in a fully touristic licensed apartment, there is a tourist tax of €6.88 per adult per night (This will increase to 12.50 for bookings from 1st april), this needs to be paid prior to check-in, please.
