Our villa is located in the hamlet of Piccovaggia where the beautiful beach of Palombaggia is also located. Perfect location to avoid traffic jams in high season. The space You will be 15 minutes from downtown Porto Vecchio and less than a 10-minute drive to Palombaggia Beach. Figari Airport is 35 minutes away. From the villa, you will have access to panoramic views of the mountains and sea. From the house, you can see the Calarossa and Chiappa lighthouses. Beautiful hiking trips are also to be expected through the maquis to reach the beautiful beach of Carataggio on foot. A multitude of water or land activities are minutes away from this preserved area. Located in a private and secure estate next to Palombaggia Beach, the villa is less than 600 m from the shore and not overlooked. It offers you a functional living space, quiet and ideal for family vacations. Located on a plot of land with Mediterranean species of more than 1600 m², this villa can accommodate up to 8 people. Inside you will find: - A large bright living room with a very high ceiling offering an incredible sea view. A fireplace area, a TV with Wi-Fi and a large coffee table invite you to relax. - A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room: fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, kettle…, opening onto a terrace facing the sea with charcoal barbecue. - 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with plenty of storage: Bedroom 1: 160 x 200 bed with dressing room Bedroom 2: 180 x 200 bed (separable into 2 90 x 200 beds) with dressing room Bedroom 3: 140 x 200 bed with dressing room Bedroom 4: bunk bed (2 beds of 90 x 200) + 1 single bed of 90 x 200 with dressing room - A large bathroom with bathtub, a shower room adjoining the laundry room, a separate toilet and a protected outdoor shower with sea view. - A laundry room where you will find a second fridge with freezer, a washing machine and all the equipment and cleaning products. - Outside, you will have several terraces with sea views. Everything is there to spend pleasant moments: a charcoal barbecue, a large dining table with parasol, garden furniture, two deckchairs. Guest access The entire villa is accessible for travelers. Other things to note Bed linen and towels are not provided. However, if you wish, our concierge service offers the rental of Sheets/Towels kits. A security deposit of €1,500 will be required.
