Quaint and cosy house, five years old with homely touches. Enjoy sitting on the back deck looking out at the Palmer hills. Spa generally needs to be booked ahead of time and will take you up to an hour to heat after payment for $50/night. Please make sure of availability during booking to avoid disappointment. The space House Specs: - 80m2 deck with 6 seater spa (***please note takes up to an hour to heat and an additional $50/night applies), 8 person table, great for entertaining. - Modern House - Open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with modern appliances including dishwasher - Samsung 'The Frame' television with access to Netflix and Youtube (access to other streaming services with own log in) - Bluetooth speaker in kitchen - Piano - Master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite - 2nd bedroom with queen and built in robe - 3rd bedroom with double bunk and built in robe - Main bathroom with bath, shower and separate toilet - Pets are welcome (if no damage done, however there is no gate on the side of the house (something that will occur down the track). We are happy however for you to block the 1m side entry with the 2 garbage bins near here. There is grass but be aware a patch of grass has been topped up with soil. - We've worked hard to create all the 'add-ons' with this fairly new home though we know it's not perfect!
