The house consists of four two-room apartments created in what was once a historic farm owned by our grandmother Camilla, known as Milla. In addition to the four two-room apartments, Casa Milla has a large three-room apartment and 2 small villas. We are located in the Tuscan countryside and, for the well-being of our guests, we offer a swimming pool, free Wi-Fi, parking, a patio in the garden equipped for outdoor dining, a grill, a vegetable garden with aromatic herbs, and our own oil and wine. The space Casa Milla is located in Collemezzano, in the Tuscan countryside just a few minutes from Cecina, allowing you to experience the countryside while enjoying the comforts and amenities of a well-equipped town just a short distance away. What's more, as we are on the coast, the sea is just a stone's throw away! This property has remained faithful to the typical style of the Tuscan countryside in its furnishings, colors, and details. The “Colombaccio” apartment is a spacious two-room apartment on the first floor, with a double bedroom, living room with sofa bed and single bed, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, TV, Wi-Fi, windows overlooking the pool, private parking, use of the pool (OPEN FROM THE END OF MAY TO OCTOBER APPROXIMATELY) with sun loungers and parasols, and barbecue available. The four two-room apartments that make up the property were created from the renovation of an old farmhouse, resulting in four two-room apartments (two on the ground floor and two on the first floor), a three-room apartment, and two independent cottages. Guests at Casa Milla have access to large common areas designed to allow easy socialization for those who wish to do so, but also the possibility of tranquility and privacy for those seeking a stay in complete privacy. In fact, each apartment has a dedicated area in the garden with a patio equipped with a table and chairs for enjoying meals outdoors. All comforts are provided, and although the house is surrounded by olive groves and countryside, direct access to the Via Emilia allows for easy and convenient travel to the beaches and all the cities of art. Guest access Guests of the property have access to the swimming pool, gardens, barbecue area, vegetable garden, and orchard with aromatic plants at their disposal, and can enjoy relaxing walks in our beautiful countryside. Other things to note Guests staying in the first-floor apartments also have access to a dining area in the garden, equipped with a table and chairs under a wooden gazebo, near the swimming pool. The pool is available to guests, and each family will be assigned a spot in the garden equipped with a parasol and sun loungers/deck chairs reserved for each family group.
