Cozy newly renovated apartment located 30m from Riells beach in L'Escala. This beach is ideal for families with young kids, due to its shallow depth, even several meters from the shore. The environment has all the necessary services in terms of shops and supermarkets, and the center is just at a 20-minute walk distance. We wish you a very pleasant stay in our apartment. The space The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a large terrace. The apartment has been renovated in 2021, and all the furniture and woodwork are new. It has PVC carpentry with high acoustic insulation, which manages to isolate external noises in an excellent way. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main bedroom is double, with a king sized bed of 160cm x 200cm. On the other hand, in the secondary room, also double, there is a bunk bed with 2 beds, as well as a queen sized bed of 135cm x 200cm bed. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is located on the second floor and there is an elevator. We do not accept pets in the apartment and the only place we allow smoking is on the terrace. In terms of equipment, it has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, induction hob, TV with cable access to more than a hundred national and international channels, bluetooth speakers and symmetrical 50Mbps wireless access. The dining room has a sofa for 4 people with 2 individual puffs and a chaise lounge, and additionally it has an inflatable mattress as well as a travel cot. Bed sheets will be delivered upon key pick-up. Tourist tax also included. Apart from providing bed sheets and towels, the apartment has cooking utensils, as well as glasses, plates and cutlery. Guest access At the door of the building the parking is regulated but in the entire rear of the building there are free parking areas.
