Note that this property has got the electric yale lock, which means we set the code to each guest for security reasons. We will send the door code to our guests on the day of their arrival after the previous guests have left. The space This is a 2 storey annexe attached to our house with it's own separate entrance. Downstairs is a kitchen, dining, and living area, including a sofa bed. Patio doors open out to the patio and garden. The upstairs features an open-plan bedroom area and a spacious bathroom. Views out over the city of Southampton, stadium, and harbour. Children and pets are allowed to use the garden and the swings, playhouse, and toys. There's Woods right across from our home for lovely walks with your pers and a little park for little ones or a family to have a picnic or just to play ball games. The property has a double bed plus an additional sofa, which folds out to a double bed in the living area. The z-bed and cot bed can be set up if needed . Please enquire if your group is more than 5 people as we may be able to accommodate you. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the outside areas, including patio and front and rear garden. Tiny totts are welcome to use all the swings, playhouse, and toys in the garden and make friends with our children. Pets are welcome to enjoy the garden as well. Other things to note Please let us know if you require parking. Parking is available with prior notice for one or two cars. Additional parking is available on nearby streets (2 minutes).
