Lovely single room fully furnished, in an area convenient for exploring the beautiful city of Cambridge. Alternatively a great base for anyone working in Cambridge, great for Addenbrookes hospital or a 20 min walk to the Anglia Ruskin University. The room overlooks the front driveway. Parking is available. A fifteen minute walk or five minute cycle to the train station, many restaurants, and leisure facilities are within a short 5 minutes walk. The space A lovely room upstairs at the front of the house. The room has a wardrobe, set of drawers, a desk with chair & desk lamp. There’s a full length mirror & hairdryer. A kettle with some tea & coffee is available in the room for making hot drinks. Iron & Ironing board can be accessed if needed. Guest access Guests will have access to their private room, shared bathroom, shared kitchen for preparing simple meals. Fridge & freezer available for you to use, also cooker hob microwave & dishwasher. Plates & cooking pans & utensils all available for use. For longer staying guests, (over two weeks) use of washing machine can be arranged. There’s a space to store bike or can be locked at front of house. Front driveway for parking, please check when booking if space is available. Access to garden throughout the year. During your stay I am in the majority of the time as I run my business mostly from home. Please message me if you have any questions. Other things to note Please note I have a small very friendly dog, who will be very happy & excited to meet you! Please be careful when entering the property to make sure that the dog stays inside..(she gets very excited and will want to greet you) Two lodgers & myself will be living here. I’m vegan so please be mindful of storing any meat & dairy products considerately…in closed lid containers would be great, thanks :)
