With a beautiful yard and gorgeous views of the lake, this recently updated old-time cottage is the perfect gem for a group looking to enjoy everything PPL has to offer. Guest will be asked to sign house rules acknowledgment electronically after booking. Guests are required to purchase Accidental Damage Protection Policy for $55 in lieu of a Security Deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED. Pets are not allowed at the rental home or on the property. Unauthorized pets may result in a flat charge of $1,000.00 + any extraordinary cleaning charges.
