The space This home has been many things for my family and I am happy to share it with you. Please note that while this is a private 2 bedroom apartment, there is another 1 bedroom apartment with a full-time tenant so please be courteous and neighborly when you visit. The apartment rental comes with ONE parking spot and a place for one boat. Be mindful that Jet Skis are not allowed on Tripp Lake. This location is recommended for families and couples as the area is a quiet, family-oriented one. It is also very safe for single guests who are traveling on their own. Folks looking for a lively, party atmosphere might be happier elsewhere. Guest access All areas of the apartment are yours to use, including kitchen tools and collection of teas. Guests do not have access to the basement nor garage. There is a public boat launch right by the rental and kayaks available for use from Memorial Day to the end of September. There is outside seating and a gas grill. About 1.5 miles down the road is the Tripp Lake Beach. Out of towners can get a day pass for $5 at the Poland Parks and Rec building on Main Street. Other things to note This is a very quiet, cozy, peaceful spot and is not suitable for a party. In fact, parties are not allowed and quiet hours are in effect from 10 pm to 9 am.
