Cocoa Beach is a small community, and all of the action happens at the Cocoa Beach Pier, which is right at the foot of the townhouse. From surf competitions to cigar boat races, they all happen near the Pier - check the Cocoa Beach website for details. This isn't to say that the area is noisy, if you're looking for peace and quiet, you'll have that option too - but for those who want something to look at while you're soaking up the rays, you have that. Recently, Westgate Resorts purchased the Pier, and is investing $1 million to revitalize it (no major construction or disruptions) with Pelican's Bar & Grill, Keith's Oyster Bar and Rikki Tiki Tavern (a bar overlooking the ocean) plus several other dining options steps from your door.
