Please note that the Penthouse at Maili doesn't accommodate children under 12 years of age under any circumstance. We do not accept bookings for any parties, events or celebrations. The Maili building is an exclusive residential property and such both our guests and residents expect peace and enjoyment during their stay. Any guest found breaching this rule will be automatically cancelled with no refund. The space Set at the top of the Maili building and span two and a half levels, you will have private direct lift access to the living spaces of this stunning home. Plus private access to your own expansive roof terrace with a heated spa, separate shower room and plenty of space for outdoor dining or relaxing, not to mention the amazing almost 360 degree views all the way to Stradbroke Island, Northern NSW and the Gold Coast Hinterland. The main living level, offers a fully equipped premium Miele kitchen with a coffee machine, oven, steamer, plate warmer and microwave. There's super fast wifi, plus Telstra TV allowing you to access your Netflix and Foxtel accounts. On the lower level you can relax in the well equipped media room which offers the ultimate cinema experience. The master bedroom has a chiropractic quality king bed, it's own private balcony with views of Rainbow Bay Beach and an amazing en-suite with a spa bath offering views towards Mount Warning and beyond. Downstairs are two further luxury bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the third with 2 singles which can be joined to make another king sized bed. Please note the cleaning fee includes the provision of beautiful linen, towels and beach towels. Guest access You have full and private use of the entire Penthouse apartment plus the exclusive use of the private roof terrace/deck. Additionally there is a gorgeous lap pool on the ground floor offering plenty of shade and sun lounges. Please note, as Maili is a private residential building should you have day guests they will be unable to use the communal pool facilities. The apartment also has it's own 2 car garage within the secure underground car park. You will be greeted on arrival and shown through the Penthouse so you can easily settle in and enjoy your experience. Other things to note PLEASE READ HOUSE RULES. WE HAVE A STRICT NO PARTY NO GATHERINGS RULE. THIS IS A RESIDENTIAL HOME AND YOUR BOOKING WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED IF YOU FAIL TO ABIDE BY OUR HOUSE RULES. All luxury bed linens and towels including beach towels are provided. The butlers pantry is stocked with basic items plus glad wrap, oil, condiments etc so if you decide to eat in, you can focus on what you'd like to cook. Our bathrooms are stocked with organic toiletries and there's even some beautiful scented epsom salts to use in the spa bath in the master suite. You'll find fresh milk and coffee beans in the fridge, along side some welcome chocolate and a bottle of wine to start your trip off! "Maili" is a residential building in Rainbow Bay and as such we ask our guests to respect the owners who live in the building. Please abide by the pool rules and keep noise to a minimum. Quiet time is between 10pm and 7 am Please note The Penthouse at Maili is not suitable for children under the age of 12 due to the layout and amenities offered. Please note the Penthouse is a privately owned home. In the event of any major equipment malfunction we will endeavour to rectify within normal business hours. There will not be any refunds or adjustments. Please let us know via the airbnb app of any issues. Please note, there are security cameras in the common areas of the Maili building which include the car park, driveway and main lobby/entrance.
