Our Belmont home is handy to Takapuna Mall & specialty shops, Devonport Village, ferry to Auckland CBD and easy access to State Highway #1 (NZ's major highway). Free WIFI The space Comfortable private space on the ground floor of our home with most of the comforts you would find in your own home. Private keyed entrance off front deck into your lounge that has a comfortable leather couch, armchair, TV, WIFI, table and chairs. Also a cabinet containing tea/coffee/milk, electric jug, toaster, limited plates, bowls etc and mini bar refrigerator. Please note no cooking facilities. Off the lounge you have your separate bedroom with Queen sized bed and compact ensuite. The bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space, extra blankets, pillows, heating and tower fan cooling. Ironing board and iron are also available on request.
