Almera Sea View Boat House

Almera Boat House is one of the most privileged Boat Houses since it has direct access to a lovely secluded sandy beach. Live the ultimate island experience, so close to nature, sleeping just few meters from the sea, while at the same time feel free to explore the island in this ideal location, just few meters from the main road. The Boat House is fully renovated to offer moments of simplicity and luxury, embracing the endless light that comes in from the windows. The space The beach of Mytakas is located on your left hand side, on the northern road leading to Pollonia from Adamas. The fish village consists of 8 Boat Houses. Almera Boat House opens its door to the kitchen and living room area with the two sofa beds that can sleep 2 more people. At the end of the Boat House, the double bed is comfortable and offers sea view. The bathroom is brand new, painted with earthy colors. The veranda is designed to offer moments of peace and quite. You can swim right in front of the house and enjoy the beach, in crystal blue waters when the weather permits or visit the beautiful protected south beaches of the island in just 20 minutes! Please make note that especially during the months of July and August this side of the island has strong winds called 'Meltemi'. These are completely random winds that may forbid swimming in front of the house or relax in the beach. In that case the south beaches are only 15min away by car. Guest access As soon as you arrive at Mytakas Bay there is free parking for your car or ATV and then there are few steps down in order to reach the boat House. The boathouse is the one at the left of the Bay the last next to the sandy beach. please make Note that in order to reach the house you have to Go down 20 steps.. and according to the wind you may have to cross from.other houses in order to reach your house maybe water limits the access for few steps.
