Fabulous cottage with sauna, log cabin and wifi

A traditional cottage at the head of Loch Earn in the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. Recently refurbished to a high standard with quality fittings throughout. Enjoy relaxing in the cosy living room by the fire (with TV and PS4), or head out to the sauna in the private garden to relish the spectacular panoramic views the property has to offer. The garden also merits a fantastic kids area, pergola area and log cabin for relaxing in. Fast WiFi throughout. The space Ground floor: The cottage has an indoor porch for storing shoes etc. There is a large fully equipped dining kitchen complete with traditional stove cooker and large wooden dining table that comfortably seats six. A separate lounge area is accessed off the dining kitchen and has sofas, TV, DVD and PS4 for the enjoyment of our guests. Additionally there is a log burning fire in the lounge and this is supplemented with gas fired central heating throughout the cottage. Lastly downstairs there is a standard sized bedroom complete with bunk beds that comfortably sleeps two. There is no downstairs toilet or showering facilities and these are located upstairs. Upstairs: Bedroom 1 has a large kingsize bed complete with wall mounted television. Bedroom 2 features twin single beds and also has a television. The modern bathroom has been recently renovated and has a quality shower quadrant complete with electric shower. Outside: The gardens have recently been comprehensively landscaped to include a lawn to the front. Secluded at the rear is a large decking area inclusive of dining area, seating and a fabulous outdoor barrel sauna that can accommodate four people. Towards the back of the property is a fully equipped log cabin with seating and lighting. This overlooks the children's play area that includes a playhouse, slide and small AstroTurf play area. Lastly the rear garden has a pergola area complete with bench. Guest access Guests have full access to the cottage, sauna, log cabin and children's play area. Additionally also have free access to wifi to ensure they can stay connected.
