It's a newly built apartment, facilities are all new and clean. There are block A, B, So my unit is located at block A. Common facilities : big gym room, Olympic size infinity swimming pool, playground 1 car parks provided with access card. Self check in available. There are 2 rooms, the charges will be according to rooms booked. It is a private unit. U own the entire unit once u place booking as I only receive one group of guests each time. Beds and towel will be provided according to number of guests that will check in. Guest access Before cek in,will request for the security deposit Rm 100 upon cek in.will refund bank after cek out 24hours,after maid finish to their job and check the house. Other things to note For a good stay and to keep the house maintained for our future guest/friends. Some rules We recommend for our lovely airbnb guest. 1. No smoking/shoes inside the house 2. No porks/lards and alcohol inside the house 3. Keep the house clean and tidy 4. Keep the house always locked whenever you leave the house 5. Please switch off all lights, electrical & air condition (except refrigerator) after use/going out 6. No pets is allowed and No any Parties 7. Please do not take home any items from this house 8. Guest are allowed to use all the amenities provided with the access card given 9.Please throw away the rubbish before cek out time to avoid any not good smell at house and avoid crocroach come .( Near by lift area rubbish house) 10. Please do try to maintain the semblance of cleanliness before the checking out as the next guest may check in after you in 2-3 hours which I have a small window of time to clean.
