Beautiful apartment on the first floor in an old farmhouse. Centrally located. Three bedrooms and a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom are available. Wood burning. In winter, ski tours, ice skating, sledding, cross-country skiing, skiing, snowboarding. In summer, hiking, biking, bouldering in the Magic Woods and wildlife watching. Paragliding and the Andeer mineral bath attract visitors all year round. Products are available fresh from the farm in the village, Volg in the neighboring village, Postbus stop right in front of the house. The space The cozy wooden house is old and has been gently renovated over the past few years. A basic set of spices, vinegar/oil, dish towels, terry towels and bed linens is available and included in the price. The apartment has its own entrance. Our house is located directly on the well-known cultural hiking trail "Via Spluga." For the accommodation of sports equipment such as skis, bikes or crash pads, there is space at your disposal, as well as a selection of sleds on request. Parking included.
