Very large bright bedroom -direct bus from airport

Welcoming house. Quiet road beside Luas. 20 minutes walk/2 luas stops to city centrw.Beside Ranelagh village. direct airport bus(783/700) . Close to 3 parks & the canal & on 3 bus routes to UCD, walk to Trinity. Very large room. Soundproofed. Side double glazed window faces the Luas, tram audible but not very loud & stops @ 12 am. Starlink HS internet No long term stays.Fee 4 early checkin if possible. The space Very centrally located but on a quiet cul de sac I am extremely convenient both for the city and for Ranelagh village or Portobello. The bedrooms are all large and guests have access to a dedicated guest sitting room and kitchenette. Guest access Guests have access to their bedroom, the bathroom on the same floor , a guest sitting room and kitchenette with dining area,sink, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishwasher, coffee maker iron and ironing board and the adjoining garden. They do not have access to the main kitchen or sitting room or laundry room. There is a launderette in Ranelagh During your stay Happy to answer questions or help if I can. I work from home so may not be able to drop everything to answer questions but if I can I will. Other things to note The Luas runs right beside me. Its not too noisy but is there, the room has been soundproofed and has double glazed windws
