It is attached to the main house with access via a door, which is kept lock at all times. Office space with a working desk in the main bedroom. Fiber Internet (250 Mbps) available, television with a full DSTV bouquet as well as Netflix. Queen size bed in a large bedroom with outside access to a private garden. Guest access Guests have private access via the street entrance. Secure undercover parking with own private entry to the apartment. Guest can check themselves in via an electronic gate (code will be supplied day before arrival). A Lockbox with the keys to the apartment, is situated next to the front door. Other things to note No Loadshedding, a Hybrid Solar system is installed and consists of the following components: 18 x Solar modules, 3 x 5.5 kVa Lithium batteries and an 8.8 kVa Inverter which receives the DC current and converts it into AC grid power. The inverter facilitates a seamless, dynamic interface between Grid Power and Solar Power, ensuring that there is always power supply going to the building and prioritizing the Solar Power supply so that the solar power is used first. There is no switching between Solar Power & Grid Power, but rather a continuous supply of both Solar Power & Grid Power with Solar Power supply being the first priority. Subsequently there is no dip in power supply to the building, and therefore the solar solution is safe to use with any and all sensitive equipment, including PC’s. Please refrain from using the stove or any of the other large appliances (washing machine, dryer or dish washer) during loadshedding. Two x 2000-liter water tank backup is installed on the water mainline of the house.
