A 2 bedrooms 2 baths villa situated right in the Temecula Valley Wine Country, in Southern California. We are literally right in the middle of the wine country and surrounded by vineyards and all the famous Tamecula wineries on Rancho California. We are located on the ridge with sweeping views of the mountains, the vineyards & the valleys from the front of the main house. A home away from home for you and your group to have a quiet, relax time, while you are enjoying your stay here. A villa in the Temecula Wine Country. We offer a 2 Bedrooms, 2 baths home with one master king size bed and one smaller bedroom with a queen size bed. (We have a daybed in the Master, and another daybed in the 2nd bedroom. We have a sleeper sofa in the living room, a couch for extra guests). The living room area is an open floor plan with a fireplace and a small dining table. The kitchen is large and fully equipped with a breakfast/dinette area (table & 4 chairs+), refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave oven, 2 toasters, a blender, Crock pot, Keurig & Mr. Coffee coffee machins, double sink with garbage disposal. We provide dishes, pots and pans, glasses, cooking amenities/utensils. There is a washing machine & dryer on the premise plus an iron and an ironing board. We also provides sheets, towels and extra blankets. There is a Frontier FiOS network for internet, & ROKU device to use with paid for Youtube TV (and other stream stations that you subscribed to, Disney, Netflix) You have a personal propane BBQ for your usage that is located in the front patio. The back yard has a small sitting area for enjoying the view of our small private vineyard. It can be accessed through the sliding glass doors off both bedrooms. There is a small organic herb garden right next to this home. We are in the process of replanting it with Parsley, Rosemary, Sage, Thymes, Mints, Lavender, Thai Basil, Lemon Grass, Oregano, Bay Leaves. We are situated right in the middle of the vineyards and wineries in the Temecula Valley Wine Country. There are splendid views of 200+ acres South Coast and Wilson Creeks vineyards and miles and miles of unobstructed views of blue skies, meadows, hills, mountains, and the valleys. (This view is from the front of the mainhouse) You can enjoy a privacy of the whole place with a large garden, plus plenty of rooms for RV parking and RV hook-ups. If you want to cook for your family & friends, there are markets and small shopping center near by with Baron's Market, also in the center; a CVS, Fitness Gym's, Starbucks, Wells Fargo bank, Pizzaria, Subway, Mexican (24 Hrs) and Greece foods. There is a Great Bread company (Fresh baked bread & organic Bakery, . and a Donut Shop, a Dentist, Hair & Nail Salon, Dog Salon, a Dry Cleaning and Postal Annex. Most wineries also serve lunch and early dinner as well. Several shopping centers, & other markets, Ralph's, Wal-Mart are on Temecula Parkway, (79 South) & Costco & Promenade Malls are about 8 to 10 minutes away on Margarita Road. Organic markets, Trader Joe's and restaurants also are closed by on Winchester and Margarita Road. The villa is situated in a country that unlike being in a city or in a suburb. It is dark here at night & you can see thousands of twinkling stars. In the early morning on Saturday & Sunday You will be treated with Hot Air balloons floating over the roofs and all around the property. Late afternoon it's the sound of cool music or concerts from the Wineries near by. Wine tasting here can take 2 to 3 days with close to 50+ wineries. Many wineries maintain a separate tasting rooms for after hours in the Old Town Temecula district. We are centrally located in the Temecula Valley Wineries area but there are activities for the whole family. The Horse back riding & lessons are nearby or you can join the guided riding in the vineyards. In our neighborhood, there is a small & Petting Zoo, Horse Drawn Carriage for hire, Hiking trails, short walks to the 1376-acre Johnson Ranch Ecological Reserve, wine tasting, Friday night music venues, restaurants, fishing & golf resorts are all close by. There are all kind of trails available for bicycling, hiking, walking & jogging. We also have great fishing at the Lake Skinner, Vail Lake (Butterfield Stage Lake) and Diamond Valley Lake. There are large preserves in the areas that you can explore also. For day hiking / trekking, The Santa Margarita Preserve in Temecula/Fallbrook & The Santa Rosa Plateau Ecological Reserve in Murrieta Hills West / La Cresta, are located about 25-30 minutes away. If you feel adventurous then book a ride and get up at the break of the dawn for Hot Air Balloons. Other places to visit: Old Town Temecula for country music and line dancing at The Stampede, there is a playhouse, many antiques and restaurants which open til late night. 10 minutes away you can be at the Pechanga Resort and Casino that offers varieties of fun and gaming. The resort offers nine great places to eat including three gourmet restaurants and the cafe that are open all night as restaurants in town mostly stop serving at 9:30 or 10:00pm. If you like to stay a while longer then you can also make a plan to visit all the So Cal beaches along Highway One, and or the hike and camping in the Desert and Mountain areas. Endless possibilities. If you just want to get away to just enjoy the activities and stay in Temecula after a day of wine tasting or after the wedding. We offer a truly relaxing and a heavenly place to unwind and rejuvenate your spirit and soul. Temecula Valley is recognized as the Napa Valley of Southern California. We are within an hour's drive from Ontario, San Diego, Riverside and Orange County, 1.5 hours from the Palm Springs and about 2.0 hrs from Los Angeles. ***Our property is in the middle of the WINE COUNTRY. The road are paved all the way until you get on our unpaved street in front of our home. We have little critters such as rabbits, geckos, lizards, frogs, birds, owls, bees, chickens, coyotes, ants, spiders, gophers, There are neighbors' cats that keep the rats and mice away. We have our own shelter, fostered and adopted dogs. In the summer we sometimes have visiting family of ducks, eagles and hawks. Currently we have frogs and tadpoles in our ponds. We try to maintain our organic way of farming and gardening for our country living. We are constantly improving our service and facilities. Our place is not perfect; but we thoroughly spend at least 3-4 hrs and clean the WHOLE place before each new guest's arrival. We offer a great deal for a whole charming little cottage!! We do not complain or charge you if you break our things. Please just let us know so we can replace them. A bottle of local wine & or our own Cabernet Franc (when available) and all drinks, bottled water, coffee, tea, cakes, fruits and snacks are complimentary with no extra charge. If you have a large group of guests attending attending wedding & or celebration/event and you need more spaces. Check out our other listing AT THE SAME COMPOUND. This place can accommodate up to 6 is 2 stories, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with 2 lofts and can accommodate up to 6 people. (There's another full bath for your use, at the back of the main house).(Our other listing is #185656) The whole compound and the individual home that you are staying plus the garden, parking spaces, the back yard vineyard & front yard of the building. (except the garage in the 2 stories building, which is our office and wine making facility) We pretty much leave you alone as we respect your privacy. If you need anything and or needing any information, you can text or call us or knock on our front door ANYTIME. One of us is available at all time as we live in the main house and we both work from home. We usually socialize with our long term stay guests as time permit for both parties. Peaceful, quiet, views, fresh air, but sometimes dusty in the summer. (we are in the California deserts region & about 20+ miles from several of So Cal desert land). Our neighbor residents are on min. 2 and 1/2 acres to 5 acres, and several are on 20 to 40+ acres with several (350+ acres of) vineyards down the street. Many of our neighbors have horses. We are very close to all the wineries, walking trails & horse riding trails, orange groves, vineyards, wineries, wedding venues & restaurants. Butterfield Stage Resort is 10 minutes away. The Hot Air Balloons festival at Lake Skinner are 7-8 minutes away (Event in May.) Downtown & Old Town Temecula for antiques, restaurants, Farmer's Market on Sat Morning, & Promenade Mall for shopping are 15 minutes away. The Outlets at Lake Elsinore are 35 minutes away. Oceanside and the Beaches is about 45 mins to an hour away. There are several shuttle buses and tram services between the wineries and hotels. There are taxi services available by phone (list provided). UBER services are available now. Most roads in the wine country are paved and marked for bike trails all around the wine country. There is a private Horse Drawn Carriage tour that will pick you up near our home and take you to wineries of your choices. We have 2 bicycles that you can use while you are staying here but we have no helmets. There are Cable Car Wine Tours, guided horseback rides through the vineyards. During the COVID-19 Pandemic. We are committed to these guidelines. I follow Airbnb’s enhanced cleaning protocol, which was developed with expert guidance. Here are a few highlights: I sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob I use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and I wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination I clean each room using extensive cleaning checklists I provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay I comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines If you are staying long term, we can provide cleaning ladies at their cost ($25 per hour). We have a crew for the gardening and the vineyard occasionally. We will not let the gardener to go in your back yard while you are here. PLEASE ALSO INFORM JERI in advance if you and or anyone in your party is allergic to peanut, spiders, bees, real feather in pillows, goose down, Air Fresheners & Air scents, dogs or cats etc.
