Welcome to our exclusive and cozy two bedroom one bath cottage escape where you can find the Rock Island Trail in your backyard and all of the fabulous restaurants and shops just blocks away on N. Prospect in Peoria Heights!! The space Welcome to our exclusive and cozy two bedroom one bath cottage escape located literally just a few blocks away from all of the fabulous restaurants and shops on N. Prospect in Peoria Heights yet remote enough to have the woods in your backyard. Rock Island Trail is just a few yards away from your back deck. We have created a home away from home for our family and friends and now extend it to you! This is not a shared space and is yours to enjoy with the privacy you deserve. Each bedroom features a full size bed with comfy Pottery Barn bedding. In addition to this, there is a comfortable couch in the living room if needed to sleep on. Our kitchen has everything you would need for a short or extended stay including a stove, refrigerator, and microwave. We also have a Keurig coffee machine with the assorted accoutrements needed for a fresh brewed cup of coffee or tea. During your stay you are welcome to sit outside on our large lovely deck overlooking the woods and Rock Island Trail. We have a convenient parking in our driveway, and there is also plenty of additional street parking. You can rest assured, we take the utmost care thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting our home for our guests. As an added bonus, we leave disinfectant supplies and hand sanitizer for your use if you should want to use them. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house. Other things to note The Rock Island Trail can be accessed on the other side of our neighbors house to the right of our house if you are facing the house. OUR CLEANING PROCESS You can rest assured, we take the utmost care thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting our home. My husband and I are in healthcare and take the utmost care in sanitizing and disinfecting our home. We use hospital grade cleaning products that are virucidal, germicidal, and bactericidal. We also supply disinfecting/sanitizing products and hand sanitizer as well. Our checkout time is technically 11am and check in is 3pm so we have at the very least 4 hours to prepare for you and even more if the previous guests check out early.
