The guesthouse has a tile entry with one flight of carpeted stairs. The kitchen has white cabinetry with Silestone countertops, a microwave, range, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The laundry area has a washer, dryer, and a tankless water heater. The bath has a white vanity with Silestone counter, and sun tunnel. The space There is a Keurig coffee maker for individual cups of coffee. There is also a full size coffee maker, an Aeropress, a small French press, a gooseneck kettle and a V60 coffee dripper. Ground coffee and tea bags are provided. There is a Brita water pitcher in the fridge. Guest access Full access to the apartment above the garage. Enjoy the relaxing deck with goldfish pond and small waterfall. Other things to note 4K TV with Roku and a Chromecast for Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, etc. The TV is on a swivel stand so it can be pointed directly at the bed or sofa or in the middle so everyone can watch.
