In the village of Manzherok surrounded by mountains and pine forest. Our house is in the center of it, on the bank of the Katun. This place has a unique climate. Here you will relax in silence, diluted by the light sounds of water hitting the stones and clean, fresh mountain air. Romantic, cozy, bright and cute. All this is about our "Lilac" double room located on the 1st floor. Here you will find everything you need for a comfortable vacation in the mountains. We will be happy to answer your questions and suggest routes. The space Here you will find a comfortable double bed, bathroom (toilet, shower, hot water), Internet - WiFi, electric kettle, tea set, TV, mini-fridge, hairdryer, fresh bed linen and towels, there is a possibility to add an extra bed. This room will give your vacation an unforgettable atmosphere. Guest access LIVING AREA We have common areas for free use by all guests: The kitchen is equipped with refrigerators, a kettle, a stove, sets of dishes for cooking and eating; A living-dining room with comfortable tables, sofas, a TV for leisure, events or a simple dinner; A children's room with toys and entertainment for our little guests. Soft, educational toys, chess and checkers, bingo, mini billiards, sandbox with kinetic sand, warm floor for games. A table and chair for drawing or crafts for the youngest; A bay window (glazed terrace on the first floor) with excellent views of the mountains and the bubbling river. Here you can have coffee, breakfast or just spend time. The balcony is decorated as a sailboat bridge with a steering wheel, where you can retreat for wonderful evenings and watch the delightful sunset flame. THE HOUSE AREA Parking with video surveillance. Your car can feel completely safe. A playground with a stylized ship's bow play area with swings, ladders and a slide, swings for the youngest, a sandbox boat with toys, badminton, a basketball hoop and balls. The bath will delight connoisseurs. It is heated with birch wood 1.5-2 hours before its visit. A free steam room with three shelves. The pre-bathroom has a washing area and a sitting area with benches and a table. Each visitor is offered a free headwear and a sheet The summer pool will help you cool off on hot days or after a bath. In the pool area you can relax in comfortable sun loungers on a wooden platform. Gazebos: the "big" one has become a summer kitchen for many of our guests, with a barbecue oven and practical areas for working with food; the "small" one is a little to the side for privacy and comfort. A bonfire for open fire lovers, where you can make a fire and, for example, fry treats and scare yourself and younger guests with horror stories. And what about admiring the starry sky on the lawn? When the scattering of stars is so bright that it seems like millions of flashlights are pointed at you! We have a pleasant summer and winter. There is everything you need right next to the house: supermarkets with groceries, household goods and a pharmacy, cafes and restaurants, a souvenir market where you can buy local products, and all this is within a 10-minute walk. The village's attractions include the Upside-Down House, a mountain spring, and the Manzherok Rapids on the Katun River. GETTING THERE BY BUS You can reach us by any shuttle bus from any city going to Chemal, Ust-Kan, Ust-Koksa or Ongudai. BY CAR Take the R-256 Chui highway to the village of Manzherok. It is worth noting that the Chui highway is included in the TOP 10 most beautiful roads in the world (according to the National Geographic magazine). As soon as you see the Manzherok sign, you need to go straight, turn off the main road, which goes to the left, and drive along Beregovaya Street to house No. 35 on the left side of the street. You will recognize the guest house right away. It looks like a ship, for someone like a yacht, and there is a playground in the form of a ship's bridge with colorful flags on the yards. Other things to note There are 8 rooms in the house, for 25 guests at a time (21 main and 4 extra beds). Each room has its own bathroom with a shower and hot water. We have a shared kitchen, a large living-dining room, a children's playroom, a terrace and a balcony. There is a bathhouse, swimming pool, gazebos, barbecues, swings, playground and parking. The house is located on the banks of the Katun river with stunning views of the mountains and the river.
