This architecturally designed 45 sqm 'mini home' is efficiently fitted out with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The kitchen is modern and is fully equipped. The loft bedroom has a comfy double bed and the second room has a bunk bed for 2. You have a large 65", 4K SMART TV with super fast Wi-Fi as a bonus! You have an Off-street car parking during your stay. This home is truly unique and will give you the real experience of living in a well designed ‘mini home'. The space This Mini Home is located in a quiet leafy suburb of Mawson. The internal space is architecturally designed and is newly fitted out. It is adjacent to the main house but has its own private parking and entrance. It has a large backyard with grass area. The Mini Home has a ceiling fan, a split system air conditioning /heating unit and a heater in the bunk bedroom. Portable heater and fans are provided for extra comfort. The lounge/sitting area has a 3.2m high ceiling which makes the Mini Home feel spacious. Guests can enjoy the 65" 4K SMART TV and Prime video in the comfortable lounge. Super-fast Free WI-FI is also provided for guests' convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as fridge/freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher for home dining. There is a front-loading washing machine in the kitchen nook and a washing line in the backyard. There are stairs up to the loft bedroom which has a comfortable double bed. Please take note that the loft bedroom has raked ceilings. It has standing height ceiling on one side of the room and a low ceiling height on the stairs side. MIND YOUR HEAD. There is a separate room with a bunk bed suitable for 2 adults (or children who can comfortably sleep alone without 'falling out'). This room was previously a sauna and comes off the bathroom. Guest access You have a private entrance and parking to the Mini Home during your stay; which is in front of the Mini-Home and off-street. There is no steps to the entrance of the home. There are a few steps down to the backyard and clothes line. There is Mawson playing field close by. There is Mawson Southlands shops & eateries close by. Other things to note PLEASE READ AND AGREE TO HOUSE RULES TO AVOID ISSUES. Just be aware that this Mini Home might not be suitable for children under 6 as it has steps to the loft and bunk beds. You need to be responsible for your children if you wish to stay at our Mini Home. No pets are permitted. Strictly No Smoking inside the Mini Home. Guests are requested to remove their shoes to keep the Mini Home clean and to keep the cleaning cost low. Please report any issues/problems to the host as soon as possible.
