My place is close to public transport(rural bus service)(trains from Balloch to Glasgow) , family-friendly activities, the airport(30mins). You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the scenery, Loch Lomond National Park, Across the road from the RSPB Nature reserve, Local Village life, lovely eating places and tea rooms.. My place is good for couples, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). The space Fabulous Scottish country cottage with views over the Trossachs and Loch Lomond. Set in fifteen acres with a two and a half acre mature garden with a large duck pond. Almost all rooms have substansial views of the surrounding country side. The property has been fully renovated to an exceptionally high standard and is furnished in a country cottage style. Cottage has 2 bedrooms (one double one twin), 2 bathrooms (one with bath one with shower), a large dining kitchen with a professional quality range cooker, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The cottage is only 1 mile from the local village of Gartocharn and 4 miles from the larger village of Drymen which contains several lovely restaurants and amenities. Guest access Access is granted to the whole cottage and the use of the 2 1/2 acres garden Other things to note We are happy to take pets by arrangement a small £20.00 fee is charged and payable on arrival. We do not charge for cleaning but we reserve the right to charge a standard cleaning fee if the cottage is not left in good order. The cottage is more suited to an occupancy of 4 as the fifth bed is a fold down bed suitable for a small light weight adult or child. The cottage is more suited to older children, babies and pre-walkers but not suitable for toddlers or very small children due to the staircase and garden pond.
