BREAKFAST AND DINNER are included in the booking price. The house is energetically self-sustained and is surrounded by a small vineyard in the heart of the Cinque Terre National Park, in the middle of a forest of Oak and Chestnut trees. Only the essential comforts are offered: silence, magnificent sea view, immediate access to hiking trails. We offer wine tastings with music almost every night, to which our guests are welcome to participate: https://abnb.me/pH0JrfItyN The space The property is located above the ancient settlements of Schiara and Monesteroli, right on the cliff, which grant exclusive access to archeological marvels and beautiful crystal clear water. Guest access The guests are welcome to walk around the property, through the vineyard to the forest, reach the well-renowned Restaurant 'Telegrafo' for an exquisite fish meal, hike to Portovenere or Riomaggiore (both about one and a half hour away from the property), or go for a swim in Monesteroli and Schiara, the two most extraordinary rocky beaches in Cinque Terre. PLEASE NOTE that the walk to the water, marvellous and rewarding, is indeed a steep one and will take about half an hour down and one hour up, so please make sure you bring hiking or sports shoes. During your stay The guests are welcome to join us for breakfast and dinner. I am a musician and a playwright, I often have friends over with whom I organize performances or jam sessions. Also, as part of the activity on the farm, we usually have informal tasting of local products. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: In order to keep the residence energetically self-sustained, electricity, wifi and hot water are provided through solar panels, therefore they may undergo temporary interruptions due to unfavourable weather. PLEASE NOTE: In the light of the remote location in the wild, we have a number of bees and wasps and hornets that will regularly visit us at all hours, so we strongly encourage our guests with allergies to come prepared. Also, I need to practice the piano a couple of hours a day, not early in the morning and not during the night - do not worry! - but please note that it will be the only interruption to an otherwise completely silent environment.
