Our 40m² ground floor apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 people. To make your stay as pleasant as possible we offer free WiFi and Netflix. With kitchen, bathroom and separate living room and bedroom, this apartment is the perfect place to spend the night and offers a relaxing retreat after a tour through Innsbruck, a hike or a ski trip in the Tyrolean Mountains. The space A large open living room with a cozy couch area offers an idyllic place to relax. We offer in the living room a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 people, a large comfortable dining table. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle (spices, sugar, coffee and tea are provided). Other things to note Please observe the house rules: • Non-smoking area (smoking at the door) • No parties, no loud music after 9:00 p.m. • We have completely renovated this apartment again and with love and ask you to take good care of it • Please note that the entrance height of the garage is 190cm.
