Double En suite room in City Centre flat

The flat is a great location for town. The room is an en suite and has a double bed as well as cupboards and storage. There is also a tv but you may wish to bring a fire stick or HDMI. Any questions feel free to ask. Please note that there is an additional charge for additional guests as this goes unnoticed frequently. Looking for long term stops generally! Please be very aware that there is a tenant who lives in the property full time, the living room is not for use No smoking! The space You will have an en suite room to yourself and the kitchen is communal with one other gent who lives in the other room. Guest access Bedroom and kitchen! No access to living room! It is a very energy conscious household and I’m sure everyone will agree that the energy crisis is horrendous. Its also terrible for the environment! Please do not have heating on all day.
