-I'm renting my quite cozy and well located apartment with twin bed in guest room. I've got a tiny french bulldog living with me. He is calm and has no barking/biting habits. 4 mins to main street which you can access from there to Kadıköy in 10 mins, 5 mins to metros by public bus or minibuses in where you access to entire Istanbul; 6-7 mins away to the biggest park in Anotolian Side ( Ozgurlük parkı) The space - Proximity to sea, shopping malls, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Suitable for jogging and other sports activities. - Close to cafes, bars, pubs. Suitable location for walking and sports activities. Close to the sea. Close to the shopping mall. Guest access - Guest room for rent, for 2 pax and mutual spaces (bathroom, kitchen, balcony and living room) - Rented bedroom, 2 single beds and common areas (bathroom, kitchen and living room) During your stay -We can chat and spend good time with you. -You can chat and spend time together in the house.
