Fully equipped and furnished apartment located in the very center of Yerevan, close to the Armenian National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet, Republic Square and Northern Avenue. All sights, cafes, restaurants and shops are also just a short walk away. The space ✧ WHAT WE HAVE Items we provide include bed linen, towels (no slippers, no bathrobe), liquid soap (no shampoo), (no shampoo),, washing powder, washing powder, toilet paper, iron, hair dryer, and cooking utensils (no spices). All amenities are provided once at the beginning of your stay. If you need a change of linen and towels during your stay, you can order it for an additional $10 per set, an additional set will cost $15. Cleaning during your stay is subject to an additional charge. ✧ IF MORE THAN 4 GUESTS If you specify a stay of more than 4 guests, the price will include an additional set of linen and towels for the sofa. Other things to note ✧ REGISTRATION, LUGGAGE STORAGE The earliest check-in time is 3:00 p.m. and the latest check-out time is 11:00 a.m. You can also check in/out in the evening/night time. Unfortunately, our apartment does not have lockers or a place to store your luggage. Therefore, if there is a discrepancy between your travel schedule and our check-in/check-out hours, consider booking an extra day.
