Seaside Studio

This 'tiny home' is set in our beach garden and a 2 minute stroll down the access track will take you onto a stunning beach. The studio is comfortable, warm and ideal for a 1 night getaway. There are limited cooking facilities but a 7 minute drive takes you to Green Island where you'll find Fresh Choice, McDonald's, Biggies pizza and other takeaway shops. Popular Brighton Beach and cafe is a 5 minute drive away, the CBD 20 minutes and Dunedin Airport is also a 20 minute drive. The space A modern, relaxing sudio with direct access to the beautiful Ocean View Beach and 5 minutes drive to the popular Brighton Beach. Comfy queen size bed with electric blanket for those colder nights, Freeview Smart TV, heat pump, free wifi. Spotlessly clean ensuite with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair drier. The kitchenette provides guests with a toaster, jug, microwave and bar fridge. A tub with hot and cold water for washing/rinsing dishes is outside on the beach side wall of the studio. Guest access Off street parking in front of the studio is accessed through electric gates. The gate remote and studio key details are available on arrival. Other things to note The studio can be rented in conjunction with our self contained bungalow- Bungalow by the Sea- therefore providing studio guests with access to a full kitchen and laundry with their friends and family.
