The space 104 sqm apartment with 2 balconies situated in the very heart of Vesterbro. Vesterbro is considered the hottest(and most expensive) neighborhood in Copenhagen, within the last 20 years almost the whole neighborhood has been undergoing extensive renovation. Within walking distance you´ll find lots of restaurants, takeaway food, coffee shops, 6 supermarkets, 3 parks where you can enjoy the sun, shopping streets, a mall, and across from the mall Copenhagens harbor bath where you can take a refreshing swim,or just enjoy a beer or a glass of wine. If you are into music, VEGA, copenhagens music venue no. 1 are only 100 meters away, but the music won´t disturb you in the apartment, even you can see the place from our balcony. Within 10 min. walk you can reach Enghave train station, from there you´ll reach the central station in 5 min. and from there you can take trains at any directions, to wherever you´ll like to go. From the apartment you also have 4 busses within 5 min. walk, going to different destinations, but all of them going to the city centre as well. The apartment was originally two small apartments, without bathrooms, but during the renovation some 15 years ago, the apartments was merged into one apartment. The apartment now consist of two bedrooms, one of them used as a “chill out” room, with an extra sofa bed. A living room with access to a balcony, a dining room with access to the other balcony, an open kitchen between the living room and the dining room, and a bathroom of course. The apartment, as it is now, is a perfect spoil for two persons who likes good quality and a lot of space in nice surroundings and close to everything, but it can accommodate up to 4 (5) persons. Relaxing; In the living room you might relax in front of the television if you like, we have lots of English spoken channels, one Spanish, one Italian, some German and of course music channels. 3D Blue-ray player is also available, and you can borrow some of our 300+ movies upon request. Balconies; In the summertime the two balconies are indispensable, and you´ll love reading a book, having your coffee, breakfast, or a drink there. They measure each app. 1,5 x 3,5 meters and are sunny from about 9 am to 5 pm. Enjoy. WIFI; wireless and free of charge of course. You can enjoy 100/100 Mbit (when using cable) and stream all the movies you like. Just bring you laptop or Ipad. Cooking; The kitchen has everything you need if you wish to cook yourself, we also leave spices, oils and stuff for you to use as you like. And you can feel free to use the fresh herbs from the balcony (in the summertime..). And of course we have a dishwasher, who can live without? The knives, pots and pans are not new, but good quality in good condition. One cutting board will always be new for our guests. Sleeping; The bedroom has two new adjustable bed, 90 x 200, with new summer comforter and new soft pillows where you will sleep very very comfortable. The “chill out” room has as sofa/bed to be used by two people, and an extra single folding bed for a child. Other; We will provide you with most of the stuff you´ll need, like large and small towels, tea towels, bed linen, hand soap, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and bodywash. Ask us if you have any doubts/request. Some terms : As we are living in the apartment, when not renting it out, you will find personal belongings, photos on the wall, feel free to take a look, but accept that the apartment is not emptied for personal things. The bedroom has two big wardrobes, one will be emptied for you, the other one stuffed with our things . Inside the apartment we kindly ask you to take off your shoes due to the light wooden floors. We live clean, but not sterile! The apartment will of course be very well cleaned upon your arrival, but we do not use a lot of chlorine as well as harsh chemicals, and you might find some dust if you are really looking for it. We also live with two small dogs, and traces of dog hair might also be there, if you are allergic. Check in/out: We are very flexible about check in and out. There`s nothing worse than having no place to be on the day of departure, and you can keep the apartment until the last minute on the day of your departure, but you need to let us know what time you like to leave in advance, so we can plan it, otherwise we say 18.00 When checking in, we will arrange to meet you at the apartment, but if your plane unfortunately is very delayed, and you arrive several hours later than planned, we might have a problem to be there as we both are working during the day. We promise that we will do our very best to meet you as fast as possible, or find a friend or neighbor to let you into the apartment, but please know that we are not an agency.
