PLEASE READ FULL DETAILS PRIOR TO BOOKING. Small garage room attached to family home.(VERY BASIC-NO SHOWER) Single room only with WC and sink in next door room. (NO BATH OR SHOWER WITH THIS ROOM) NO USE OF WASHING MACHINE TV (small) WiFi Parking (car port/drive) Back garden Tea and coffee facilities USB socket Cyclists welcome and can keep bikes in their room if needed (would need to be clean though please) -PLEASE SEE ‘Other things to note’. The space Small garage room with utility room and toilet. (WASHING MACHINE NOT FOR AIRBNB USE) -NO SHOWER OR BATH AVAILABILITY This space is ‘single room only’ which includes a utility room which has a small sink and toilet. -Please park on drive not on the road. -Please note that this room can be a little cold as its single brick room. (Especially between October & April time)There is a 15 tog duvet on the bed and I can provide another duvet and blankets and hot water bottle if required but this needs to be considered before booking. It’s an ideal room for someone who usually be camping but would like a bed for the night instead. Guest access Guest can access via back door ~ Room only with utility room next door. Access to back garden and parking During your stay I live in the property and work full time. I’m both home and office based (my office is a 5 min walk from home) but can be available if needed. My interaction with guests is very minimal if not at all due to being busy with other things and I often wont be there when you arrive but can be available by text or phone the majority of the time. Other things to note -I am advertising my space as single room only which includes a utility room which has a small sink and toilet but NO BATH OR SHOWER FACILITY WITH THIS ROOM. -There is a washing machine in the utility room but this is NOT for guests to use please. This an our family washing machine only. -Please note that between October & April time this room can be a little cold as it’s single brick room. (No heating) There is a 15 tog duvet on the bed and I can provide another duvet & blankets and a hot water bottle if needed but this needs to be considered before booking. It’s an ideal room for someone who usually be camping but would like a bed for the night instead. - Strictly no smoking -Cyclists and motorcyclists welcome. Road bikes and mountain bikes can be brought into the room if not too dirty.
