Guest suite in Park Hills

This is my personal home and I welcome you to be my guest, relax, make yourself at home. My favorite things are the accessibility features, the privacy, and no steps. There is 1 Bedroom with Queen bed, a Queen size bed Murphy Hutch, (PLEASE notify me if you need to set up) 2couches and a twin air mattress. Private suite on ground level of house (private entrance) in beautiful Park Hills. You have your own parking right next to your entrance. The space Private entrance with around 1,000 sq. ft of spacious living area on ground level of home . Guests are separate from main home and have full access and control of their own comfort level (heating/air conditioning). 1-Laptop Friendly and business amenities for business traveler. 2-Plenty of room to move around with walker and wheelchair. 3- Full kitchen bar,amenities for all ages for the family. ***Please tell me your purpose for choosing to stay,so I can set the area just for you! Let me know your ETA and the key will be in the door for you Other things to note LAPTOP friendly & PRINTER for the Business traveler and other office supplies. We have very large working space for Laptops with great lighting and extra ports by the working space and the bedside. ***There is a printer on sight by request. Office supplies in drawer under workstation. We also supply book reading lights for the ones that want to lounge while working . You can start your day with many choices of coffee, tea & Cocoa with the Krueger Machine or head to the: Excellent Coffee Shop & Pastries just down the hill and Fruit & Deli Shop for great sandwiches, named Reality Tuesday. We are 10 mins from Graters Homemade Ice cream. 15 min from the awesome Finley’s Market and Washington Park. Nice 30 min drive to Ark and Creation, make sure you stop at Bean’s Restaurant going or coming for great homemade donuts or delicious deli. Museum/Stargazer’s Planetarium. 15 min to Florence Mall and Theatre. Nice 40 min drive to Beautiful Kentucky Horse Park and on your way stop in Relaxing/scenic drive to famous Rabbit Hash. 15 min drive to Newport on the Levee and Aquarium. Across bridge to Bengals,Reds and Krohn Conservatory. 15 min drive from airport. No hassle getting on plane, we supply many of your needs with amenities.
