The space The apartment was renovated in 2017 and is located on the second floor of a building in one of the most characteristic streets of Cefalù, that is Salita Saraceni from which you access the famous Rocca. It is also a few meters from the main street, the nerve center of the country full of shops and restaurants. The apartment consists of a small room and attached living room with a double sofa bed from which you access the modern kitchen and equipped with every comfort, from the living room you access the lovely terrace overlooking the sea where you can have breakfast or even lunch (the terrace can be covered if necessary with a sliding sunshade). There is also a comfortable bedroom with window and the bathroom equipped with shower, water heater and washing machine. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests only. Other things to note The apartment is accessed through the condominium entrance door to open which the keys will be provided, and a fully functioning intercom system.
